Rogue Wave sets out to scramble expectations on its new album, “Delusions of Grand Fur,” which the members of the Bay Area band self-produced in their home studio in Oakland.
With its sixth studio effort — the group’s first new release in three years — core members Zach Rogue and Pat Spurgeon want fans to think differently about not only their sound but also their position, having spent more than a decade on the fringes.
