For his latest project, dubbed Finn Town, Scott is taking over the former Barracuda space on Market Street. Last fall, after an ABC license posted for the space, Hoodline speculated that the name might be a nod to the neighborhood’s 19th Century Scandinavian roots or perhaps serve Finnish cuisine.
