Hillary Clinton gains just a handful of votes in Wisconsin's ballot recount
Wisconsin's presidential recount has been completed and the state Elections Commission planned to vote Monday on certifying the results. What's more, a judge in Pennsylvania has rejected Green Party candidate Jill Stein's request for a recount in that state.
