Photo: John Storey / Special to The Chronicle Fourth Street’s Dirty Habit is heading into 2017 with a new executive chef, a new bar manager and a revived menu. Thomas Weibull — whose resume lists the Redwood Room, Plouf, and Sea Salt — is taking over duties in the kitchen. The menu under Weibull is expected to have new interpretations of Dirty Habit’s popular small plates. The move comes only a few months after renowned San Francisco chef David Bazirgan left Dirty Habit to move closer to his family on the East Coast. He eventually took over as executive chef of Bambara Kitchen
