Commenting on the recent massive US military deployment in Eastern Europe near the Russian border, Argentinian foreign policy analyst Guillermo Galea told Sputnik's Spanish website Mundo that it looks more like part of a "passive-aggressive" strategy to contain Russia rather than any "defensive operation" as claimed by the US.
