Mildred E. Louviere, 79, Lincoln, passed away February 26, 2017. Born October 27, 1937, in Alma, to Ralph and Mabel Maye (Triplet) Brugh. Retired fraternity/sorority house director at UNL and the University of Arizona. Mildred was an avid Husker fan.
