The Latest: Dozens gather near site of Minneapolis shooting
Several dozen people have gathered in north Minneapolis near the spot where a black man was shot in a confrontation with police last November. The head of the union that represents Minneapolis police officers says the public should accept the results of an investigation that he says "exonerated" two officers involved in the fatal shooting of a black man.
