Samvel Shahramanyan: decision to supply humanitarian aid along Akna-Stepanakert road does not imply any concessions on preserving our subjectivity
ArmInfo.President of the Republic of Artsakh Samvel Shahramanyan held an extended working
meeting at which he introduced newly appointed State Minister Arthur Harutyunyan to members of the government and representatives of the judicial system.
According to the press service of the NKR President, the head of
state emphasized that when making a decision, he took into account
Artur Harutyunyan's high professionalism, knowledge experience in
the state system, as well as the fact that he was the leader of the
largest faction in the NKR parliament and should bear responsibility
for his part in solving the problems facing the state.
Expecting strict discipline from government members in their daily
work, President Shahramanyan stated that the preservation of state
institutions is everyone's priority, and it is necessary to wage an
uncompromising fight against those who undermine the foundations of
the state.

International Committee of the Red Cross through the Kashatagh
corridor along the Goris-Stepanakert highway and along the
Akna-Stepanakert road, President Samvel Shahramanyan noted that the
deepening humanitarian crisis is turning into a disaster, and the
life and health of the population are of great value to the Artsakh
authorities. "This decision does not imply any concessions on the
issue of maintaining our subjectivity," the head of state added.

support of the Russian peacekeeping force, delivered two trucks of
humanitarian aid (flour, medicines and hygiene supplies)through two
routes: the Kashatagh corridor and the road leading to the besieged
