How hard it is to join UFC?
Sup guys,
im used to read comments but today i decided to subscribe so we can talk about a certain topic.
So as we can see, francis ngannou been praticing mma since 3 years and he's on his way to break top 5. I heard numerous story of people joining UFC after a cople of years on mma training so i wonder how hard it is to get in the UFC?
It's freaking hard to join NBA NHL or NFL you need to start playing at like 6-7 years old and play non stop. On the other hand joining UFC doesn't seem that hard. Is that because there is not enough peoples who compete in MMA?
If that so i understand because the sport is really not attractive... you put your health at risk for peanut and a minority manage to get a good living out of it. I believe its one of the reason why we lack fighters at light heavyweight and heavyweight, the gifted athlete will play football or basketball for far better money.
Oh and i wanna end this topic by saying im happy jones got busted for steroids, it was obvious after he gained 20 pounds and got to a 600 lbs deadlift ahahah. I can tell you he probably lost a good amount of that mass so he wont be competing in heavyweight any time soon.
