A recent unsolicited letter

Thanks for continuing to encourage us all to file for the possible ERTC credits.

Of course, the IRS was “unreachable” about the receipt of the amended returns, let alone the status of them in their system!  Once you work through the phone tree to get to the ERTC department, they say they are too busy to take calls and it hangs up on you!
 
I am happy (so happy) to report that we filed amended returns in May 2022 for four separate quarters in 2020 and 2021 and received Letters from the IRS in July 2022  that they had been processed and for what amounts, plus Interest, and that checks would be following in 2-3 weeks.

We received one check on 8/3/22 and the other 3 checks on 8/10/22.   All were for the exact amount filed for plus just over $1000.00 in interest earned for all four quarters.
