Bolivian gov't attributes low inflation to subsidies
LA PAZ, June 4 (Xinhua) -- Inflation in Bolivia has remained low thanks to government subsidies that have kept prices from rising, Deputy Minister of Budget and Fiscal Accounting Zenon Mamani said Sunday.
