Houston chef finds inspiration in his great grandmother's recipes

One year ago, chef Chris Williams was forced to close his Southern-style Houston eatery Lucille’s during its busiest month because of the flooding rains brought by Hurricane Harvey. Lucille’s weathered the storm and is having its best year since opening in 2012. The inspiration for the restaurant goes back three generations into the family history of its owner and chef.
