The president's longtime associate Roger Stone is not ruling out cooperating with the Russia investigation. Stone is due to appear in court in Washington Tuesday after his arrest on Friday in Florida. He rejects charges that he lied to Congress. Jeff Pegues, who spoke to Stone, reports.

In a weekend interview, the president said the chances of congressional negotiators reaching a budget deal are "less than 50-50." He also said he wouldn't rule out another shutdown if Congress doesn't give him the $5.7 billion he wants for a border wall. Nancy Cordes reports.
