On 21 January 2022 Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Nikolay Bulaev took part in a public hearing on draft federal law number 40921-8 "On amendments to the Federal Law 'On basic guarantees of the electoral rights and rights to participate in the referendum of the citizens of the Russian Federation'" (in terms of improving the legislation for remote electronic voting).

On 19 January 2022 a regular meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation was held.

On 15-17 January 2022, Pavel Andreev, a member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, was in Serbia to observe the referendum on amendments to the country's Constitution.

On 26-28 November 2021 members of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Konstantin Mazurevsky and Alexander Kurdyumov under the bilateral agreement between the CEC of Russia and the CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic took part in observation of preparation and conduct of parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan as part of mission of observers from CIS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) mission.

On 21 November 2021 regional and municipal elections were held in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, Alexander Kurdyumov, took part in the observation of the elections.

On 18 November 2021 the Deputy Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Nikolay Bulaev and a member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Pavel Andreev met with the delegation of the African Union Commission led by Mohamed El Hacen Lebatt, Head of the Secretariat of the Commission Chairman.

On 7 November 2021 at the invitation of Brenda Rocha, President of the Supreme Electoral Council of Nicaragua (Consejo Supremo Electoral de Nicaragua, CSE), the member of the CEC of Russia participated in the observation of the presidential and vice-presidential elections as well as elections of members of the National Assembly and the Central American Parliament.
