“Killing unarmed people who came to spend Friday night in the entertainment center is an act of unjustifiable barbarism and cruelty,” Roman Golovchenko said. “We are confident that all those involved in this atrocity will get the punishment they deserve.”

“According to preliminary information, 40 people were killed and more than 100 wounded as a result of a terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall,” the FSB Public Relations Center said in a statement.
“It is with deep pain that we have learned the news of the attack in Moscow. This monstrous terrorist attack has no justification. We stand together with the brotherly Russian people in this difficult hour.,” the ministry said.
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed his condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with the terrorist attack in Moscow Oblast, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
"The embassy is checking the information and working to verify whether any citizens of Belarus are among the victims," the diplomatic mission said.
Director of the National Center for Marketing Nikolai Borisevich met with Director General of the Agency of International Business Development Mikhail Prokhorik. They discussed possible formats of interaction between the national export promotion agencies.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Andrei Metelitsa met with President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari and representatives of Pakistani business.
