Parker expands SensoControl portfolio for modern connectivity and standardisation
Parker Hannifin, a specialist in motion and control technologies, is expanding its SensoControl portfolio with a new generation of controllers and switches
Developed and manufactured in Germany, the new controller family offers faster response times, improved accuracy, and an IP67/industrial design to support more stable, reliable systems in demanding environments.

The extended SensoControl controller family includes four variants: SCLTSDI, SCLSDI, SCTSDI, and SCTSDI-Modular, covering a range of pressure, level, temperature, and process monitoring tasks, from compact standalone use to modular, scalable system designs.
Each variant shares a standardised platform with VDMA-based menu navigation, harmonised parameter structures, and IO-Link as standard, enabling OEMs and end users to implement consistent, future-ready architectures.
The additional 0-10V output option ensures direct integration with established analogue systems, while the industrial-grade design across the range allows reliable operation in diverse applications and markets globally.
SCLTSDI is a digital level and temperature switch with IO-Link, multiple probe lengths up to 1000mm, and an analogue plus the 0-10V output option for flexible tank monitoring, making it suitable for industrial and mobile hydraulic tanks where both level and temperature must be monitored in a single device.
SCLSDI is a digital level-only switch with IO-Link, several installation lengths, and optional analogue/0-10V output, providing an easy-to-integrate solution when temperature is measured separately.
SCTSDI is a digital temperature switch featuring an integrated probe in several lengths, IO-Link and precise temperature monitoring for direct installation in the process. Its industrial design ensures stable operation in applications such as air and gas compressors, industrial machinery, and automotive test stands that require precise, dynamic temperature control.
SCTSDI-Modular is a modular temperature switch for PT1000 sensors, providing a wide temperature range, a compact IP67 housing, and IO-Link connectivity for decentralised temperature control. This supports flexible integration into agricultural and mobile equipment, as well as distributed thermal management in power generation and larger industrial systems.
