OneViewer can be installed in less than 1 hour. This video gives you the complete process to get the solution installed in your SharePoint environment.
Our most common questions are:
- Question: Do we need to install our own server to render and manage the viewing of the OneViewer in Azure or somewhere else? Answer: NO. This is a Saas Service. We handle all that for you automatically.
- Question: Does the OneViewer’s RenderStream technology make it possible to view very large files from within our SharePoint Online? Answer: YES. RenderStream technology normalizes all files and then dynamically process and delivers viewing requests so that the HTML5 Viewer can be used anywhere with or without Office Web App.
- Question: Do we require an E3+ account to use OneViewer? Answer: NO! Because the OneViewer doesn’t require downloads, plug-ins, or syncing, there is no need for Office App’s to view your Office, Images, Adobe file types, Camera Raw files, etc. Business Essential accounts all the way up to E5 accounts can use the OneViewer Service.
