TJ Ford: 'Anthony Edwards kind of reminds me of Kevin Garnett'
TJ Ford was the eighth overall pick in the 2003 NBA draft out of the University of Texas after having an illustrious college career that ended against the eventual champions, the Syracuse Orange. Ford was diagnosed at a young age with spinal stenosis and was still able to become one of the best players in all of college basketball and play eight seasons in the NBA. Ford’s elite speed and passing ability allowed him to flourish as the starting point guard for an underrated 2007 Toronto Raptors squad.
Ford sat down with HoopsHype, on behalf of AT&T, and discussed memories from that 2003 NCAA Tournament run, playing with spinal stenosis, how good his Raptors squad was, and what Paul George was like as a rookie.
