Former University of Kentucky basketball and NBA star Rajon Rondo should not be allowed to carry a firearm just because of his 2nd Amendment rights, prosecutors argued in a motion on Tuesday. Rondo, according to prosecutors, is disqualified from carrying a gun because of a domestic protective order against him, which, under Indiana law, deems him dangerous and prohibits the possession of a gun. -via WDRB / March 5, 2024
