OSBI: Homicide investigation underway after man found dead at home in Albion

PUSHMATAHA COUNTY, Okla. – An investigation is underway after a man was found dead at a home in southeast Oklahoma. According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, 34-year-old Richard Medlock was found dead at home in Albion by another resident on Tuesday during the early morning hours. Pushmataha County Sheriff B.J. Hedgecock requested assistance from the OSBI in the case, which is being investigated as a homicide. The OSBI says they are following leads. Energy company, Department of Defense extend deadline for wind farm mitigation plan

HINTON, Okla. –A deadline for a mitigation plan for a proposed wind farm near Hinton has been extended a fifth time. House fire extinguished in south Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY – Crews extinguished a house fire in south Oklahoma City Tuesday. Firefighters responded to the area near SW 149th and Western just after 10 a.m. Officials say when crews responded, there was visible smoke. Nobody was inside the home and there were no reports of any injuries. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
