Court documents detail tense moments during standoff; family says documents aren't true

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Court documents revealed disturbing new details about what happened during an hours-long standoff earlier this week. However, the suspect's father tells News 4 the documents are wrong.
"He's not taking them to school. That's it," said Eliseo Perez. "He said he put them online, I say 'When? When?'"
Eliseo Perez was talking about his son, Jose Eduardo Perez-Alamazan, while one of Jose's children played in the front yard.
"She's okay now?" asked News 4. "Yeah, she's okay. Everybody okay," replied Eliseo Perez.
It was a tense scene outside the home Monday night after OKCPD responded to a 911 call.
"We were notified by some family members that some children inside the residence there at near NW 11th and Portland had not been to school in some time," said Sgt. Dillon Quirk. "We were told that they were confined inside the house there for a while. They hadn't seen them in a while, weren't able to make contact."
Court documents show Perez-Alamazan's family said he believes the government is "brain washing" his child. They allegedly told police six months ago, "Jose screwed the door shut and they are using a window to enter and exit the room" and to use "the toilet" outside.
Perez: "Who says all this right here?"
News 4: "Investigators, so the detective."
Perez: "Yeah no, it's not true, no."
News 4: "So the kids were not using the toilet outside?"
Perez: "No. no."
After officers arrived, Perez-Alamazan barricaded himself and the children inside the home. Police and family members allegedly heard Perez-Alamazan tell the kids to not let police inside. If police did make it inside the home, they were "to stab the officers in the head and neck area" "and then stab themselves."
Perez denied those allegations.
Police eventually rescued the children and arrested Perez-Alamazan.
"I think he got problems over here in the head because he sees something, like somebody following him all the time," said Perez. "He's a good father."
Perez-Alamazan was arrested on child neglect and an outstanding warrant.
