Woman steals shoes from porch of Los Gatos home
Ring valued at $6k stolen from jewelry store.

PENAL CODE VIOLATION: 11:24 a.m. at Bank Of America on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A skimming device found in an ATM. It’s unknown how long it had been installed.
VANDALISM: 11:30 a.m. at Los Gatos Boulevard and Los Gatos-Saratoga Road. A male spray-painted one of pillars on the Bella Vista bridge.
GRAND THEFT: 2:31 p.m. at Yellow Brick Road on North Santa Cruz Avenue. Two females and one male walked into the store, and one tried on a ring and then walked out of the store. The ring is valued at $6,000.
Sept. 10
MUNI CODE VIOLATION: 11:33 a.m. on Caldwell Avenue. A resident said a neighbor put out two traffic cones in front of his house and refused to move them so no one could park on the street.
Sept. 11
NOISE DISTURBANCE: 12:10 a.m. at Carry Nations on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A caller had a noise complaint about Carry Nations and/or Charlies. They were advised of the conditional use permits but refused to accept information for code compliance. The caller was upset and hung up and called back multiple times.
PETTY THEFT: 8:49 a.m. at Safeway on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A black leather calendar and cash were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
PENAL CODE VIOLATION: 4:14 p.m. at Garden Lane and Oakdale Drive. A caller said a blue Honda Odyssey van had been parked in the area for a couple of days, and a man was living out of the vehicle. The man used a bucket to relieve himself, and the caller felt this was crossing the line.
Sept. 12
PETTY THEFT: 1:18 a.m. at the Black Watch on North Santa Cruz Avenue. Someone stole a case of cigarettes from a vehicle.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON: 1:55 p.m. on Carlester Drive. A woman carrying open bottle of alcohol went onto a resident’s porch and took a pair of shoes, then left.
AUTO BURGLARY: 7:12 p.m. on Sund Avenue. A worker had his phone and wallet stolen from his vehicle.
