FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Good Monday evening,
After the coldest start of the month of March, we saw a nice bounce back, as temps climbed back above normal into the low/mid 50s. Tonight, expect clear skies, a bit of a breeze out of the southwest, which should keep us a good 10-15 degrees warmer overnight in the mid-upper 30s.
Tuesday, expect an even better day, with tons of sunshine, and highs into the middle 60s. We will see a few more clouds, especially later in the day on Tuesday. Wednesday will have a mix of clouds across our area, with highs quite warm for this time of the year in the upper 60s.
We will be ahead of a cold front on Thursday so we will see a warm & moist southerly flow ahead of the front, with rain showers and a few pm rumbles on Thursday with highs close to 70. We will see a very warm night overnight into Friday with lows in the middle 50s. Rain showers will be likely on Friday with the cold front passing through.
Temps on Friday will climb to the lower 60s by early afternoon before the wind shift, which will drop temps into the 50s late in the day on Friday will breezy conditions, and rain chances ending. Friday night winds will start to relax as high pressure briefly tries to work in for the start of the weekend.
Skies should clear a bit for Saturday as winds relax and highs remain above normal in the middle 50s. Clouds will return late Saturday with rain chances coming back to the forecast for the close of the weekend with another front dropping through late on Sunday with highs in the middle 50s.
We will have a cooler and damp day on Monday with a chance of showers, and yet another weak front dropping through by Monday night into Tuesday. With clouds and rain showers around, expect highs only in the middle to upper 40s on Monday.
