FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Happy Tuesday!
If you liked yesterday, today is even better! We've got a beautiful day ahead, with highs warming into the mid to upper 60s by this afternoon, under mainly sunny skies. We will be a bit breezy at times.
Then for Wednesday, clouds do start to build back in. We'll still see a good bit of sunshine, but clouds will gradually increase. We'll still remain almost totally dry, with the exception of an isolated sprinkle chance. Highs warm to the upper 60s to near 70.
By Thursday, our next low pressure system and cold front start to push into the area. Temperatures ahead of the front will still warm to near 70. We'll be looking at isolated shower activity during the morning, with plenty of midday dry time, then more showers and a few thunderstorms late-day and into Friday.
Expect showers to linger through about the first half of Friday, clearing from north to south. Highs cool to the lower 60s Friday afternoon, with breezy conditions.
We cool off for the weekend, but we'll still be above average. Expect highs in the middle 50s both days, with partly sunny skies Saturday, then a few isolated shower chances on Sunday.
