FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Good Tuesday evening!
We aren't entirely out of the woods with our chances for rain, but dry weather is right around the corner! Later Tuesday evening, a cold front will swing through bringing that chance for rain, but also changes for the rest of the week.
Closer to 9-10pm this evening, showers - and even a few storms - along the front will push into Central Ohio. Around 11pm, the main line of the front will be splitting our area. Then, in the hours to follow, that system will push out to our east and leave us fairly clear to start off tomorrow. Temperatures will fall to the lower 40s overnight.
It's possible we still see a few lingering showers into tomorrow morning, but Wednesday will remain mostly dry with sunshine pushing back in towards the second half of the day. Temperatures will already start to cool off, only making it to the mid to lower 50s by the afternoon.
We're still in the mid to lower 50s going into Thursday, keeping us close to normal for this time of year. By Friday, we'll be pushing close to 60 degrees. But, that will begin to mark the end of our dry weather trend. Moisture will push in late Friday into the weekend as a low pressure center hovers to our south.
Stubborn chances for rain will remain through the weekend with temperatures in the mid to lower 60s. We get a final push from our next system on Monday that will increase rain chances, but start to move them out by Tuesday.
