WEST POINT, Ga. (Aug. 12, 2021) – Jordan Coates has been named the new head coach for Point University men's lacrosse.

WEST POINT, Ga. (July 29, 2021) – The NAIA has recognized Point University as a winner of the NAIA Champions of Character Five-Star Institution award for the 2020-21 athletic year, the national office announced Wednesday.

NORMAN, Okla. – The 24 honorees for the 2021 All-Nicklaus Team presented by True Spec Golf have been announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America. Players selected represent Divisions I, II, III, NAIA and NJCAA, and are being recognized for their outstanding play during the 2020-21 collegiate season.

WEST POINT, Ga. (July 28, 2021) – Point University has hired Caleb Albrecht to serve as head coach of the cross country/distance track program. Albrecht joins the Point athletics staff after spending the past spring season as an assistant coach at the University of Lynchburg, where he helped coach three members of the program to All-American status.

WEST POINT, Ga. (July 23, 2021) – The Point University women's soccer program will celebrate the 2010 and 2011 women's soccer teams of then Atlanta Christian College this fall. Head Coach Randy Douglas invites members of the two teams and their friends and family to attend Point's matchup against Montreat College at River Bowl Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 18.

WEST POINT, Ga. (July 12, 2021) – Point University Athletic Director Alan Wilson has announced his retirement, effective September 2021. Wilson has been a part of the athletic department at Point since 1996 and has spent the last 10 years serving as the Skyhawks' Athletic Director.

WEST POINT, Ga. (June 25, 2021) – With the completion of the 2020-21 season, the Point University Athletic Department is introducing the First Annual Hawk Awards to help commemorate the achievements of the athletes from this past season.

WEST POINT, Ga. (June 23, 2021) – The Golf Coaches Association of America announced its second and third team NAIA PING All-American teams Wednesday afternoon, and the No. 1 Point University men's golf team had two members of its squad earn All-American recognition. Freshman Cole Stevens was named to the second team, and junior Eric Wowor was named to the third team.

WEST POINT, Ga. (June 22, 2021) – The NAIA, in conjunction with the American Baseball Coaches Association, has announced the 2021 ABCA-Rawlings-NAIA Baseball Gold Glove Team, and Dillon Brown of the Point University baseball team was named to the team as a centerfielder. The NAIA made the announcement Tuesday afternoon.
