With the magnitude of the missed conversion I think the actual vision to do the trick kick off in injury time and the try got overlooked a bit? Only just rewatched the Salford MPG and these things as fans hurt but we as a team had umpteen chances to avoid even being in that game and myriad reasons we went down if honest not just one moment. I've been lucky enough to see Leeds win a few finals since, in probably half there were turning points where a bad decision by the ref or a bad mistake by the opposition turned the game our way.

Just watched this documentary and found it very moving. Had seen the clip of the missed conversion but wasn't aware of the events before or after until now.
Just felt compelled to write how powerful a programme they have produced here. Very fair to both sides and even the ref who gave a hugely contentious penalty try. Wondered how the Leeds and Wakey fans felt on watching that?
