This is one of our biggest problems imo

The lack of real quality youngsters last 10 years

The days of Horne, yeaman, Cooke, King coming through seem a lifetime ago

Who's the best youngster we've brought through last 8 years? Lane?

Lane is OK but he's not gunna ever be in line for a GB cap

A hotbed of RL we should be bringing better through saints and Wigan are still bringing top ones through

Another three banned,just what we needed.What an undisciplined "team" we are now. So KR and Tony Smith have parted company, whilst not quite unexpected given recent results.
He has given Rovers a kick up the back side and to some extent it worked,ore entertaining rubgy and some great results
Best of luck to him in any future job.
I don't use most social media sites and from the ones I use at least the fans didn't vent their spleen towards him.have you seen the comments on FC and Wire fans forums about their coaches.

I'm not having that the majority of the team are bad apples and not wanting to play. If a player knows they may not be / will be ejected at the end of the season I would be trying to impress to secure a contract elsewhere.
How do all those who are bad mouthing these so called bad apples know?
There is one bad apple, and that is the guy who has the responsibility to work with each and every player, develop the strengths, improve on their weaknesses and to coach them as a team in a game plan that works for them to win games. Читать дальше...

He’s an excellent player, and whilst not at this level (yet…one can dream even as a Wigan fan), he’s very much in the mould of the current crop of Origin full backs in the way that he can play across the backs to a very good standard, he has a similar style, and is strong as anything. It’s absolute nonsense that a “root and branch” transition is a legitimate excuse for what is being served up now. It’s JULY. He took charge in March/April last year and had autonomy over signings. He has signed 11 players and retained (on new contracts) 5. This is HIS squad. The bad apple tune is played out, he’s been backed to dispose of Charnley, Magoulias and King. Displaced Butler and Doro and filled the squad to suit what he wants. He’s signing garbage, mates, has-beens.
