Probably healthy to move on from the Grix topic. Was obvious from Grix's interview and the O'brien signing that there will be changes this week. While I'd wanted to keep JWH at fullback think after apparent lack of effectiveness in the halves last 2 weeks JWH will move there with Pickersgill to fullback. Really like Inman but can see him being sacrificed this week to allow O'Brien to play. I remember when he last played on loan that the speed and quality of service from dummy half was miles better... Its not the language I'm stating it's his length of bans which leads to believe his on field actions have warranted 5 games
So it wouldn't bother you if we signed an nrl player with that record?

With all the positive recruitment and upturn in performances I suspect a chastening beating may happen but if we win this we are beginning to look threatening. Very odd time for management to focus their mind on putting the club on an upward trajectory and frustrating it’s happening when we have months away from playing at home but for the first time in some time we are a good news story.

M62 is a shambles currently, any more than 500 from one side of the Pennines to the other is a solid effort from any side at the moment on a Thursday/Friday IMO. Not expecting us to take many to Leigh, especially been our 5th away game in a row.

Think we should be aiming at 10K+ crowd for Saints in the cup. They will bring a few over, cheaper tickets with no Football on a Saturday afternoon, it should be doable.
