That’s up to Jack to improve and take the opportunity - his D has been very suspect at open age so far. If he can strengthen up and get his technique right he has a lot of ability.

I post on here infrequently but have visited daily for a number of years. I respect both your points of view (Mrs B and Wilf) and don't doubt your passion for our great club. I agree that this is just about the worst hole we've been in and feel as hopeless as you do but unlike the pass holders you mention, I think that now is exactly the time not to vote with your feet but is the time to get there and get behind the badge. If we play really poorly and lose on Thursday, then my mind will be made up on Smith.
He doesn't have the capability to adequately coach a team to consistent results and performances.
But the club won't knee jerk.
I actually think he will stay until the end of the season.
But I do think the club will make up it's mind after 12 games and if we are bottom half, GH will be planning for a change for next season.

The FC HX Town game called off, Fax will probably play on a pitch that more resembles a threadbare bowling green than a patch of grass for people to play sport on. When will the round ball ever learn you need an amount of grass to help drainage, I am not talking about 3 or 4 inches but somewhat of a covering that shows green not concrete grey/brown.

Rumour is that Corey Hall will be lining up against trinity next Friday too along with another KR player.
Wakecoke is a player I thought we should have looked at. Quite a raw player but potential there.
We will need to be putting in a performance next week. Psychologically I wouldn’t want Fev to become our bogey team so early on.

Watching the game again we weren’t actually far off them in the first half but that Clark try just on half time killed us. Several unlucky/harsh refereeing decisions too I have to say.
Very similar template to the first game in some ways. We should have done better but we didn’t play quite as badly as I thought we did live. Still think we need a real high quality addition to that pack and we need the right wing position sorting out.
Saints are a good defensive side as we know.
