WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.—The Cook & Boardman Group is rebranding as CBX Solutions, LLC, a move aimed at unifying its nationwide network under a single identity and better aligning how the company delivers integrated solutions to customers.The new CBX Solutions brand brings together the company’s longstanding capabilities across commercial openings, specialty products and systems integration - including physical security and network infrastructure under one cohesive umbrella.“This change brings together the full scope of what we’ve built over time,” said CEO David Eisner. “Our network has always been our advantage - deep expertise, strong local teams and long-standing customer relationships - and this rebrand makes it easier for customers to access everything we offer in one place.”The company has also launched a new website, www.cbxsolutions.com, designed to streamline customer engagement through improved navigation, e-commerce functionality and customized purchasing portals.The rebrand reflects a broader shift in how the organization operates today, moving beyond a collection of regional companies to a more coordinated platform capable of supporting projects from construction through ongoing operations. The company said customers will continue working with the same teams, with added support from a more connected organization.The transition to the CBX Solutions name will begin at the corporate level in May 2026, with branch locations adopting the new branding over time.Private equity firm Platinum Equity acquired a majority interest in Cook & Boardman in 2023, while Littlejohn & Co., LLC remains a significant minority investor.Building on a legacy dating back to 1955, CBX Solutions delivers integrated access, security and network solutions spanning Division 8 openings, Division 10 specialty products and Divisions 27 and 28 systems, including physical security, access control, networking and audiovisual systems.
