I've been watching it on iPlayer, and, knowing that there were 10 episodes was looking forward to some form of dénouement as I watched the tenth one over the weekend.
Now it seems that not only have I got to watch 10 more in series, sorry, "season" 2, but I've got to wait months for that to begin.
Now I'm not a patient man (I actually sat through 20 episodes of The Killing in Danish, a language which sounds like a cross between English and Martian, but it wasn't easy), and I don't see why TV series shouldn't wrap up the storyline at the end of the so-called final episode.
The failure to do so spoiled Life on Mars (which went to 2 series when one would have done) and Ashes to Ashes (3 series and ditto).
This spinning out of a good story until it becomes irritating has to stop.
