To decide who you use answer this question ?
If you have paid an online agent upfront to list your house what incentive to they have to actually sell it - They already have your money and a lot of the hard work of Estate Agency is after sale has been agreed. Online agents just don't do that work as they have no reason to, they already have your money.
O high street agent needs your sale to go through to earn a single penny off you so are highly motivated to see sale complete.
Purple Bricks headline figure is cheap, and you only get that if you use their solicitors and they are VERY expensive, and useless. By the time you have paid PB and their solicitor you are likely to be paying the same as your high street agent, and they were chasing your sale.
I have taken two people move from Purple Bricks to me recently after they failed to sell.
Brought to you by SHA's resident Estate Agent - I have a contact with an agency in Worcs I can recommend .
My better half is also a high street estate agent and couldn't agree more with your comments. She also said that PB seem to employ staff that have been rejected from the proper agents because they are crap at their jobs.
