Terrible scenes from Florida. My thoughts are with the people affected.

Playing the two of them played to Norwich's gameplan in the end. They sat deep and stifled the creative three and left Lowe and Davis free to try and force passes that weren't on, or go sideways and backwards - to the chagrin of our "get it fecking forward" crowd.

If you have paid an online agent upfront to list your house what incentive to they have to actually sell it - They already have your money and a lot of the hard work of Estate Agency is after sale has been agreed. Online agents just don't do that work as they have no reason to, they already have your money.

Totally disagree with you. Yes you are an high st agent and yes you may be good but you get good and bad everywhere.I personally used 2 high st agent reccomended to me who were rubbish I was forever chasing them up and I took the property off the market with one of them and sold it myself within weeks of putting my own board up.It depends on a lot of individual circumstances. I for one will be a pain in any estate agents backside if they do not do as they say.

Hi I can only speak for myself here but I have bought and sold 10 properties now in the past 15 years. I have never been a big earner and have always been cautious and worked to tight budgets.
I have used online agents for 8 out of the 10 properties now with great success. I personally do not like the rip off high st agents. Some on here can afford to use them but the only times I did I found them to be useless. It depends on lots of other cryteria though ie budget, type of property, area of property, time scale.
