I read a story about the bloke who pulled the trigger not long ago on how the pic didn't show the context of the shooting and really messed up his life.
The chap getting the bullet was a pretty bad man and no time for courts and jury's.

But I would imagine that marine who shot him also had some psychological and battle issues. in our country Marine A (Alexander Blackmoore) is one of a few that we know of and who have rightly been released.
