Wasn't it also a 9th place finish and a day out we could only dream off under eck? Him going to villa didn't really bother me after all the club was on the rocks by then and also wasn't carsons assets just been frozen McLeish knew what was around the corner I can't really blame him, let's get real he's not from this city so he wouldn't give a monkeys about blues/villa rivalry would he?...
Short memories lads.
What was it then?
1. Carsley
2. Karanka
Haven't seen the programme but is it American?
Under English Common Law there's surely such a thing as a verbal contract?

Carsley is the new Rowett. Young, exciting, keeping things simple.
If Rowett was simple what does that makes Zola and Redknapp...

Still haven't had chance to watch the full Carsley interview, but I've caught short clips here and there.
Saw one today, where he referenced "What Blues are about".
Paraphrasing it a bit, but he mentioned that all of his family are Blues fans and that he's grown up 20 minutes from the ground so knows what Blues fans expect.
He said that Blues as a team should reflect the environment. He said Blues should be "Hard working, a tight family and stick together". Читать дальше...

Do I need Level 1 though? I thought it was only FA Chartered clubs that required coaches to be badged?
Been speaking to a mate this afternoon who set up a team and he wasn't qualified.

Sorry, but there's a lot more to it than that.
In brief, 'cos busy ... and words on here are ephemeral
Easier for a midfielder or striker to play on the "opposite" side of the pitch than a defender because of the difference between planned and reactive roles and whether they are on the front foot or back foot.
"Kicking the ball" to use your phrasing is only a small part of it .. it's about balance and the instinct of the person affecting how... Читать дальше...
Gallagher Juke
Boga Davis Walsh Cotterill
Bramhall Roberts Morrison Nuse
Stockdale
Home sweet home Xx
I'm firmly in the no camp. What he did, leaving for them, I just couldn't forget.
Plus, he's been utter shite wherever he's gone since then, so from a pedigree perspective, he's bollocks.
I can't help but worry they'll go for just a big name manager rather than someone who can do the job.
It's not a great pool to draw upon though.
Back to basics means 4-4-fecking-2
........Stockdale.......
Colin..Dean...Roberts..Brammall
Boga..Davis..Walsh..Maghoma
......Juke..Gallagher....
Vassell comes off bench against tired legs - the one up front is killing us.. this is a solid team

I'd play Juke instead of Gallagher, from what I've seen so far he looks about as much use as indicators on a train
The level one is easy to pass and maybe your on the way to be Blues new boss in a few years.
It's certainly a learning curve because I was manager from u10s through to u16s and climbed the leagues from top to bottom and won cups on the way.
Good luck with your sleepless nights :-)))
