He's definitely on the spectrum I think but it's hard to hate him (probably for that reason).

They do le mod but in tiny numbers I spotted some mods on way back from playing footy this time last year! Took some great pics of scooters but after talking to them, reckon there was no more than 50 to 60 active in greater Birmingham area.
Less with skins while them Goths in st Philips place wouldn't fill a single decker bus.
