Oooh you've got me there. Cracking film that
Sky are reporting that Blues turned him down, didn’t offer him the job
Carl Richards or Carlos Costly...And I'm breaking into a cold sweat
8-)
They've got someone better lined up...
The Sunderland, Newcastle and Northumberland accents are all very different, all within 10-15 miles of each other. You can supposedly go down the tyne and spot accent changes every mile or two.
I think this will change, and in reality we all sound more and more like each other and dialect words and dying out. I don't hear certain Geordie words I used to 40 years ago.
It's mental on the border here. On the English side you hear Northumberland accents (English with a French 'r')... Читать дальше...

Erm & how did that go? Oh yeah he eventually got sacked
Surely we're all in favour of giving a young English manager a chance at least or shall we all just ruin him before the poor fecker starts? One things for sure he'll be hard pressed to deliver worse results than 'arry did this season
Glengarry Glen Ross.
Brilliant performances from some big stars.
Jack Lemmon, Al Pacino, Alec Baldwin, Kevin Spacey, Jonathan Pryce……
Birmingham City will not offer their vacant manager's job to Aitor Karanka after interviewing him, Sky sources understand.

Wow, is that right about the Portuguese? How odd.
There's a small but sizeable community up on the Northumberland coast who seem to work in fish canning industries. Funny old world, though in my experience the Portuguese are very friendly people.
Cotterill is now odds on favourite with the bookies. Best price = 8/11

Bolton is much softer and nicer than full on manc, and as you get west of manchester it gets proper scouse.
I worked with some lads from Southport who had the weirdest welsh/scouse accents ever.

I think they sound pretty reasoned comments.
Everyone knows where the weakness of the team is, but we have some good players at the blues now.
Why do people think Carsley will be assistant? He wants to work with the Academy and the 23s, I can't see him being part of any new managerial set up tbh.
Groves is still here, Cotterill seems like a lazy appointment.
