Another day, another defeat for Birmingham City. This time it was Norwich City who emerged from St Andrews with the points having won 2-0, leaving Blues bottom of the table.

Much as I still can’t help liking the bloke, has to pound for pound be the club’s worst ever signing. On the very rare occasions he gets anywhere near the ball, I’m absolutely astonished if he actually manages to control the fecking thing.
I know he's a complete fanny and this is a generalisation, but when he said earlier, "you know a good manager when you hear him speak", he's not far wrong.
Bruce, McLeish, Hughton, Rowett, most of the time sounded convincing. Clark, Zola, Cotterill made/make zero sense most of the time.
What is this alleged sinister thing going on behind the scenes that renders previously capable players at this level to play so far beneath themselves?
Wage disparity? If that were true it would only be the low earners not playing well surely? Doesn't seem to be doing Wolves much harm.
Bad team spirit? The side that started the 2nd half was 7 of the players who played against Bristol City at the end of last season

I'll happily admit I wanted Cotterill here when Harry left. Not because I thought he was a genius but because I thought his track record at this level suggested that he would at least stabilise us to an extent and drag us away from the bottom three. He'd have us treading water, that was my hope/expectation.

Now I know I'm probably in a minority here, as for some reason many people seem to rate this abortion of a footballer.
But did anyone notice yesterday the amount of times he received the ball in space near the half way line, and instead of either moving forward with the ball or passing it forward to launch an attack, he laid it sideways or back and the momentum was gone.

Not trusted by the manager for months and still not rated by many fans. This bloke, a highly skilled, fast no.10 has been played out wide for so long and for 45 minutes was given the chance to create, in the middle and run at Norwich. He is the very best player we have at the Blues, until he goes back to Chelsea, he is unpredictable, highly skilled and if he had more time here, with some better players, would improve even more.

Yes, he's been disappointing. Not good. Bad even.
But I am getting increasingly irate with the idiots in the stands who seem to have taken his existence personally.
Yesterday around me everything he did was met with "pr*ck", "get him out my club", "tw*t".
I'm talking about little things that he can't do anything about; i.e. a 50/50 ball that goes physically beyond his reach, or being out muscled by two large defenders at the corner flag.
