On subject of Play for Today, good one on tonight on BBC4 from ‘79 - “Just a Boys Game”

I've been doing the pools for 30 years now and today I've had an email telling me that I got 23 points at the weekend and I'm a winner!!!

1st time in 30 years I've ever won on it. I was so excited.

Now where shall I spend my £12?

Does anyone else on here still do the pools or am I just an old dinosaur? My kids didn't even know what the pools where.

The EFL should have found a way of shortening this season or cutting down the amount of games clubs will play. It is going to be hellishly tough for clubs to get through all their games.

Ideas of places to go please.

We haven't been away in the summer since we the kids started doing their own thing and we were no longer tied to school terms, we just take out of season holidays in the Canaries.

So after losing one, smashing another, unable to access a third he has now tried to steal another - taking home evidence from his tribunal.

The bloke is pure gold, he couldn't be anymore transparent - luckily he didn't get away with it, his own barrister stopped him, and we get to see the rider's records and the explanation on a very strange finding where one riders levels doubled then went down again.
