Players who insist on placing the ball 3 inches outside the line when taking a corner. I really don’t see the advantage gained. If you were moving it a foot sideways to get a better angle I’d get it, but if you can’t clear the front man with the ball correctly placed then 3 inches further forward isn’t going to help you. It smacks of cheating for the sake of it and because you can. We were guilty a fair bit last night but most players do it. When the officials pick up on it they’re moaned at for being ‘picky’. Funnily enough your second point also bugs me.
And I recently saw a keeper penalised for it in a junior match, he then complained to the ref that it couldn't be a foul as he had seen plenty of professional keepers doing it and not be penalised!
