The information to renew my 3 tickets on line is incorrect so I need to speak to an assistant in the ticket office. I was 8th in the queue. Not bad I thought. After 35 minutes I was top, but then waited 20 minutes and still no answer. Gave up.
Come on Birmingham City. You want me to renew but it appears you dont provide enough staff in the ticket office to deal with the demand at this time of the season.
