Season Ticket
Didnt get an Email to indicate what category of away travel club he is in it has been Platinum for many years now and should be this year.
I rang up to see if he was platinum and to ask why he hadnt received an Email and was informed he hadnt renewed his season ticket, Barclaycard Visa bill says payment to Birmingham City of £xx.xx 0n the 18th June.
He went to the ground and spoke to Aamir about a week ago was told he would sort it (silence was deafening).
Went to ground with visa bill proving payment Aamir photo-copied it (again silence is deafening).
I received an Email from Holly saying he had not renewed his season ticket, sent reply saying he had, sent attachment with Barclaycard Bill showing payment (silence is deafening)
Who is above Aamir in the pecking order who I can actually once again go to the ground and try and get this resolved.
