Given businesses are supposed to exist to make a profit, I would suggest it is sub-optimal.
It does not make a profit as outgoings exceed income and cashflow is insufficient to fund costs.
That does not make for a secure future. Indeed Blues existence has depended for some years on the goodwill of a small pool of shadowy people continuing to throw cash at it.....and a Jude Bellingham windfall that depended on the goodwill of him and his family.
Sorry, but that's narrow minded and blinkered and ignores what the owners want. You are seeing the whole model with BCFC being the most important part (naturally, because you're biased as a BCFC fan) but BCFC is not even secondary in terms of importance in our particular business model.
BCFC is almost like a loss leader to allow the owners to make money in other areas. If BCFC was making them money as well then they'd be even happier .. but if it doesn't, then so be it.
