Virgin Media Broadband (8 replies)
Virgin want to hike my price for my "broadband only" product by £8p/m so I am switching to Vodaphone - same speed broadbad £2p/m cheaper with £100 of vouchers. Then I will just switch back to Virgin and get my original deal which is still on offer for new customers. Why don't Virgin just retain the business?
Just wondered what folk's experiences are with Virgin and whether I just got the wrong person on the phone - should I try again? I am a broadband only customer. I must admit I am slightly bemused by my "renewal" experience with them as they didn't seem to actually care a jot about keeping me with them - do they just rely on people not checking when their deal ends and paying £50/£60 for 6 months - do people really do that?
