Something that stands out to me is the efl could simply remove the Chinese ownership despite weather or not they are in charge wouldnt that become a messy legal situation?
How do the EFL remove the owners (shareholders) of a company?
Would it even be allowed to do it, if the present owners are up to date with the bills etc, what have they exactly done wrong?, apart from Mr King supposedly being a bit dodgy(and I don't know if he is or not).
Is this serious?
Shadow owner for a start off.
It is up to the EFL to prove that though, and they are not exactly rushing it are they ? are they really that bothered, to them the club pays its wages to staff and players, all taxes and bills are up to date, if not i am sure we would hear about it.
