What’s for Breakfast? (7 replies)
Doing scrambled eggs, using the excellent “low and slow” method. I’ve been improving with the technique. Also toasted sourdough, a Mrs BlueNation request, with some pan fried cherry tomatoes. No mustard stirred through the eggs, which I’ve been recommended to try, but we’ve only Dijon in the house at the moment.
Making a pot of tea and listening to After the Magic by Parannoul on Spotify.
