house purchase legal question
breakers. The seller says he doesn't know the answers as he inherited the house from a grandparent.
My lads legal has said an answer of "do not know' is acceptable but the sellers legal has declined this and refuses to answer. Seems odd, is this a usual thing? It is already to go through apart from this
but is now up to the Mortgage provider to say yes or no without these answers?
anyone who has experience of this?
