Ricky Hatton documentary.
The one I thought came out of it best was Billy Graham actually.
Hatton senior came across as a horrible bloke.
Was Junior really the guileless kid who didn't realise Graham had been stiffed? Or was he just playing daft?
I thought the parents' comments about "Never mind how much Billy thinks we owed him, he should jut kiss our arses for allowing him to train our kid and get ripped off..." were repellent. Seems Frank Warren of all people had Ray worked out all along.
It did remind me of a couple of things though, firstly what a monster Hatton was in his early days - and secondly how poorly refereed the Mayweather fight was. That ref neutered all of Hatton's biggest threats in terms of punching holes through them on the inside.
Good watch though, even my wife got interested and the last boxer she could even name was probably Frank Bruno.
