Dr. Linda Lee Tarver Testifies to What is Really Happening in Michigan!!!
Dr. Linda Lee Tarver was elected member-at-large of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) Executive Committee at the 40th Biennial Convention in Indianapolis and took office in January 2020. She is director of NFRW Region 1, which includes Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming. She also is the advisor to the NFRW Campaign, Diversity and Faith Coalition committees.
Dr. Tarver was selected by President Trump to serve as an Advisory Board Member on the national Black Voices for Trump coalition.
Dr. Tarver served two impactful terms as President of the Republican Women’s Federation of Michigan (RWFM). The RWFM, specifically, the Detroit Republican Women’s Club was established in 1918 on the mission of promoting Republican women in the advancement of good government and Suffrage.
The RWFM is part of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW), consisting of a nationwide network of GOP leading ladies dedicated to protecting God-given inalienable rights, and advancing the Constitutional Republic(an) platform that promotes and sustains freedom, life, American exceptionalism and sovereignty, civil rights, liberty, capitalism, security, safety, opportunity, education, and Judeo-Christian values.
Dr. Tarver has been involved in local and state party politics for many years and has received numerous recognition for her political advocacy including the 2015 Grassroots Leader Award from the Michigan Republican Party and recipient of the 2017 Michigan Republican Women’s
Hall of Fame. Linda Lee served as Vice Chair of the Michigan Republican Party, former Chairwoman of the Ingham County Republican Party, member of the 8th Congressional District Executive committee, and former advisory board member of The Frederick Douglass Foundation of Michigan. Linda Lee was also Vice Chair and founding member of the Alliance of Black Republicans.
Linda Lee has served as a national delegate to the past three Republican National Conventions. Ms. Tarver was appointed by Gov. Snyder to the Michigan Civil Rights Commission in 2013 in which she served admirably in pursuit of eliminating discrimination. Commissioner Tarver was a contributor and an instrumental voice in the hearings and published findings of potential environmental discrimination in the Flint Water Crisis.
In 2018, the Lansing State Journal featured Linda Lee in a full-page spread as “One to Watch” in political activism. Dr. Tarver is a national public speaker having engaged conservative women in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, and via teleconference across the nation. In her various political roles, Linda Lee has visited 77 of the 83 Michigan counties in support of Republicans.
